Nanofabrication Showcase Day

The Nanofabrication Research Showcase invites students and postdocs to submit poster abstracts, which will be featured in the printed Program Book.

Submitting an abstract is required in order to present a poster at the event.

From the submitted abstracts, a select number of participants will also be invited to give oral presentations during the Showcase.

Including a figure is encouraged — visuals make your abstract clearer and more memorable. Outstanding images submitted with abstracts may be selected for the cover of the Program Book, which is shared with all attendees.

Best posters, talks, and images will all be considered for several cash awards!

Submission will be accepted up until October 23, 2025 at 11:59 pm EST.

Abstract guideline:

• Paper Size: A4 (21 cm × 29.7 cm)
• Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
• Title: Times New Roman, 14pt, Bold, Centered
• Author(s) & Affiliation: Times New Roman, 12pt, Centered
• Abstract Body: Times New Roman, 12pt, 1.15 line spacing
• Keywords: Times New Roman, 12pt, Italic
• Graphic Abstract (Optional)
