In my role as the Finance Budget Director I’m responsible for overseeing financial planning and budgeting for the Advanced Science Research Center (ASRC). I manage all financial operations for the center, including distribution of funds from various sources such as Tax Levy, Auxiliary Enterprises, Foundation, Indirect Cost Recovery, and Capital. I supervise ASRC Business Office staff and ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulations. I also monitor expenditures and encumbrances throughout the year, create projections of year-end spend and variances, and advise on meeting annual budget targets.
