Da Cui

Da Cui joined des Georges lab in 2017. Before that he earned his BS in Biochemistry and Mathematics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and worked at Tulane University as a research assistant.

Outside the lab, he enjoys backpacking, carrying his photography gear and staring at the Milky Way from mountain tops.

Research Interests

Structural understanding of eukaryotic translation initiation and mechanism of their regulation.
