- Professor of Chemistry, Queens College
- Affiliate Faculty, Nanoscience Initiative
Michael V. Mirkin, Ph.D.
Affiliation
Queens College
CUNY Energy Institute
Research Interests
His professional interests include charge-transfer reactions at metal/solution and semiconductor/solution interfaces, electrochemical kinetics and nano- and bio-electrochemistry. During the last several years, he has been involved in theoretical and experimental development of scanning electrochemical microscopy, applied this method to study various chemical structures and processes and co-edited the first monograph on SECM.
