A Brain Awareness Week virtual event presented by the CUNY Advanced Science Research Center

Register for this event here.

Professor Orie Shafer and his lab members, who study the brain’s circadian clocks in the Neuroscience Initiative at CUNY ASRC, will answer your questions about how these clocks work, how the environment acts on your brain to affect your clock and sleep, and the effects of the coming shift to daylight saving time.

This will be a virtual event via Zoom. Registration is free but required. Please submit your questions at the time of registration. Selected questions will be answered during the live Zoom session. Additional questions will be taken at the live session.
