I obtained Bachelor of Science (1st Class Honors) in Chemistry from Hong Kong Baptist University with first class honors in 2014. After that, I started my Doctor of Philosophy study in Dr. Ken C.-F. Leung’s group at Hong Kong Baptist University. In the past three years as a PhD student, my research interest is mainly focusing in synthetic organic chemistry, especially in the design, synthesis and characterization of novel mechanically interlocked molecules (MIMs). Before I came to New York, I spent 6 months in Hong Kong Polytechnic University as a post-doc researcher on studying polymers. Now, I am conducting polymer research in Braunschweig group, studying synthetic mucus.
