This form is for external parties (non-ASRC members) to reserve spaces within the ASRC. All space reservations are subject to hourly charges determined by The Graduate Center, CUNY, for use of the room and staff support including custodial, public safety and audio-visual support. 

We have the following physical and virtual spaces available:

  • Auditorium (current capacity: 100 seated, 1st floor)
  • Cafe (current capacity: 134 standing, 1st floor)
  • Seminar room (current capacity: 30 standing, 1st floor)
  • Data Visualization room (current capacity: 45 standing, 5th floor)
  • North Terrace (outdoors)
  • Zoom Meeting Account (for up to 300 participants) 
  • Zoom Webinar Account (for up to 1000 participants)

Submit this form ONLY if you have the following information. Incomplete forms cannot be submitted.

  • Final event title
  • Audio/Visual and facilities needs
  • Event agenda in Word format
  • Promotional materials/flyers (if you are requesting that we publicize via the ASRC events web page and/or digital signage)

Once submitted, a member of ASRC central administration will email you to confirm availability and proceed with a rental agreement. Please visit the ASRC Venue Rental Information Page for more information.
