Camille Santistevan was named associate director for the Office of Communications & Marketing, after previously serving as education center manager from January 2015 and interim chief of staff from June 2016 to November 2016. She is currently responsible for creating and executing an integrated marketing and communications strategy in concert with The Graduate Center’s Office of Communications & Marketing. She also oversees public engagement programs, supports faculty and staff who are planning events, manages space rentals, and organizes special institutional events and activities.
Before joining the ASRC, she coordinated activities to engage student researchers, CUNY faculty, and industry leaders at the CUNY Center for Advanced Technology.
A native of California, Camille holds an MSW from the Columbia University School of Social Work and a BA in Political Science from University of California, Berkeley. In 2019, she was named an AAAS Community Engagement Fellow.
